Try rec timeout 1000,byte delay 100, reset delay 100, stop bits 1, data baud and reset baud both 115200, parity none, just click on config parameters and edit in.

reset that m8, no joy , quess im doing something wrong cause small box coming on screen, FAILED TO SET DATA FOR..

guys also tried to run program on sidewindow, but invalid line at 2830.

Hi....ffs...lol....look you can NOT flash any unlooper with a usb serial converter you need a real comport..ie onboard that is in your motherboard or a good pci comport card,when you try and flash any unlooper with usb serial converter you will get the probs you are getting...the way i see you getting out of this hell hole is to get a pc with a real comport or buy a pci comport card this is the ONLY way to go.

PS....or you get the new USB dual unlooper where you can flash it on any pc with usb ports......

sorry mikedata, i should have been keeping peeps informed how i got on... problem solved, bought pc, only way out of it. straight forward job when you no how.. i would now consider myself very handy
