I am having problem loading underworld 174.I insert Diablo cam and try to format cam which i always do.Message comes up fdisk error.I then try upgrade cam.I open underworld 174 green light comes on to upgrade ,i then get message ,cam not detected, operation error.Can anybody help with my problem?

Check that your Cas programmer is connedcted correctly, try another USB cable or USB port.
Also check that the drivers are correctly installed.
A lot of the time the problem is due to bent pins in the Cas programmer, check for these and if there is very gently try straightening them.
Have you programmed the Cam before?
What version of the Cas programmer are you using and which version of the Cas Studio software have you got loaded?

thanks mickha,everything ok. now.i obviously have connection problem.when i hold cam in cas3 by hand it worked fine .will see how it works with next upgrade
