you cant change the speed in the config file i dont think.. its all the MAC's you use RTS98 =2MB , BAS =10MB RTS22/RTS01 =20MB or you can force a 2mb mac to be 20mb but not really advisable at the minute with whats been happening latly.

you can change the speed in the config file, make a copy of the file first, then delete the downstream speed and create a new one with your desired speeed

You can yes, but don't expect it to work cos all the configs are md5 hashed and verified on reg...

Also not sure why superkid posted a config for a USA ISP..
