hi maviing,
are you saying you have a usb to serial convertor and a null modem cable
and that it does'nt work?, first it says on these devices plug and play:
they dont you need a driver for them to work, did you get a driver disc
with your device. if not and you need a driver file i will post one that
works. and a doc on these devices. as for a loader for the technomate,
all new patches require the version 187 loader to patch the receiver.
are you useing this loader v187? if you say what you require i will try
to help.

Thanks alot clipper, that helped a great bunch, but i have a BigSat 8000 Deluxe receiver and so i have set up a thread as i dont know how to do any of it to mine as all vids are for technomate, could you please go to the thread which there is a link below and give me some help, this goes for anyone please!
