hi i bought a modded modem and it worked for a while and then went off so i took it back and they re modded it and it works on other peoples pc but wont work on mine its a ambit120 can anybody help please

also when i try it and it doesnt work i then plug my legal modem in and that wont work for about an hour

Try changing your Nic mac card mate / router using Smac or a free tool from somewhere.. just google it or look in the downloads section i dont understand why your real modem wont work.. if that dont work ring VM and ask them why.. your paying for it :P then once your real modem is working change the mac on your hacked modem. then try that plus what firmware is on it.. if it's infinite then change to Hax. as Infinte is ****e..

thanks for the reply. i am a noob and i have tried smac but it didnt do anything and i dont know how to alter my modem
