LG Warranty and Customer Care

Really terrible, 5 month old LG Viewty returned to CRC Nottingham at LG's suggestion. The fault was the usb port but this is deemed to be accidental damage and would cost £48 to repair or £11.50 to be returned unrepaired as it is not covered under the warranty. LG customer care less than useless. I will certainly never buy an LG product again and would urge others to consider doing the same. My experience with Sony customer care has always been 100% positive.

Who is your network provider? Do you have insurance with them? Do you have insurance with your bank, or anyone else, who can cover you for accidental damage? This insurance policy is usually the best to use, but next time you get a contract, go direct to the network, you'll be covered better than any 3rd party can give.
