siemens tc35i GSM module
hello guys,
i have this module and i want to use it to rewrite some SIM's. does anyone know if this is possible? or how to gain access as admin on the console? i have a little VoIP company and i want to use a combination between mobile network and internet to offer low cost calls. somebody told me about this module. now i have it and i noticed that i can't change data from some SIM's that i have....like network operator or so. here are some links about the module: http://www.mcs-nl.com/mcs/3/126/ http://www.d-d-s.nl/siemens-tc35i-engine.html thank you! |

Well the 1st port of call would be the place were you purchased it from or even call the manufactures for advise.
Myself, not being into this sort of thing or ever used such a device I cannot begin to reply with an answer. Laters M8 |

Not sure what you are trying to do here but you seem to want to reverse engineer a network Sim card. Apart from the legal aspect of what you want to do its very dificult to extract/read Sim Ki with the newer sim cards, I remember some success with old Orange network sims but.......well maybe things have changed now.
You need to google Sim cloning for more info, not backup or copying but cloning.....I think thats about all the help you'll get from here......sorry. |

i have the SIM's from the Mobile provider. He selled them to me but i don't want my clients to see orange for example on the phone display, i want them to see techtronix for example. the number and all the other subscriber identifiers will remain the same because i am using their network as a carrier with a contract. the thing i am trying to do is something more like rebranding the SIM's. i don't want to do something illegal. orange didn't wanted to help me and nor siemens. so i am want to try a little "hack" with the sim but i don't know exactly how i will do it. maybe you guys know someone that does this things.

Ok I see, well you would need to clone the Sim to a blank so that the providers name is not on the sim. You could then load an operator logo of your own design to the phone, but.........you would still need to reverse engineer the original Sim, and edit it to stop the provider menu (Extras) showing on the phone and operator logo......that in itself would be illegal.............also, I have yet to see a cloned UK sim that has worked and not killed the original, seen plenty done from providers from other countrys though.
