hello everybody,
i,am Ceasar,a first timer to all off this,so please dont give me grief if iam ignorrant too what i should do but my only contact is no longer around.
i have a digivox but iam frozen in the menu set-up,with access to only 4 out of the 6 profiles,i cant get into Parental control + Channel edit.
i have accessed System information with the code 1004 and changed and stored the new codes but when i exit instead off the box re-booting itself iam still in the menu field.
i have switched of the box at the mains/reset the factory code/key emu is on.
Can anyone give me any hints

I don't think you can access parental control or channel edit until you have scanned for channels after entering new codes. Also if you did a factory reset after entering new codes you'll have wiped the new codes and will need to re-enter them.

just tried to turn the box off and that and it just seems to be stuck in the same spot all the time

ceasar was trying to put new codes in and seems to have made a balls of it. Did you try to put new codes in or is box just stuck?

never got that far went into settings pressed 1004 then changed the em to on, then tried to come out of that but its its sticken there . god knows how im going to get it fixed

Not sure what you've done there my friend. Going into menu then system info then type in 1004 and cas menu comes up. You should be able to exit back out by pressing exit on remote.

He said he stored new codes and the box didn't reboot. It doesn't reboot. You have to to go into installation and scan for channels and then you get access to parentel controls and channel edit. If he comes back we'll see where he's at with it.
