Default Nintendo dsl help

Hi guys & girlies i finally got round to buying a nintendo ds lite lastweek(better late than never)anywayz,ive bought a acekard2 and it will take a few week to arrive(from china) and i thought id get some games from NDS-ROMS.COM but im a bit stuck which version do i download cos they all have different letters after them j,e,u etc and i dont know which to download,also are there any other sites any one can recommend

J = Japan, E = Europe and U = USA. It's just the region coding for the ISOs mate, I think the DS is region free anyway so any ISO will work .
