Download Smac. Find it in downloads. My internet will go off soon so cnt explain. Install and click random mac a few times and press update mac

I phoned virgin up and they said it was "a fault in the line" and they would have it fixed by 8pm, it still isnt working

Fault in the line? Sounds like bull to me. But it could be true. Try asking yoiur neighbours maybe.

Well when i plug it in and it syncs with the network and i can access the net for like 1 minute then it cuts off
