Subbed modem not working anymore

My haxorware modem has suddenly stopped working, i tried several different macs but it just says downstream locked, i have tried to connect my subbed modem back but that isnt connecting either, the ready light is on so it should be working

Phone VM and ask them why your modem your paying for it NOT workin then demand some sort of refund hehe thats what i normaly do if sumthing goes tits up :S

Also try release you ip in CMD


Start > run > " CMD " (without the ")

Type " Ipconfig /release " (without the ")

then type " Ipconfig /renew " (without the ")

Tried it, still no connection mate, could they have cut me off for using a hacked modem or something?

highly unlikely, they've probably moved you to lower tap in the green box

unless you've been using been forcing configs on your hacked modem with your own mac?

phone them up if your paying a sub and get them to sort it out, thats what there for

If your subbed goes down you MUST PHONE VM immediately.

If you just leave it you are raising a huge red flag.

Make sure your not using the same spoofed nicmac you were using for your flashed modem on your subbed modem.

yeh like rick1019 said make sure your not using the same spoofed mac as when you were using your clone ive noticed this as well, it never used to be this way but if your clone gets kicked they ban your nicmac/modem mac for i think 24-48h if you just plug your subbed modem in on the same banned nicmac sometimes it bans your subbed modems mac lol ive done it afew times now and had to just leave my subbed modem un-plugged for a night and it would all work in the morning.


also if like me you never used your subbed modem for long periods of time like for example when you got it then it might be taking updates and probably just needs to be plugged in for a while to sort its self out, but that usually takes very little time at all.

I can get on my subbed modem now, but it only works for like 1 minute then it cuts off , i have to reboot the modem to get back on but then it cuts off again

Have you spoofed your nic mac with Smac? It's in the downloads section under root. If you have phone em because when you dont, they clock on that you use hacked modems etc.
