New format on HD Box

Hi all!!

My parents have an HD box which has has just been upgraded to sky's super-duper new electronic layout- don't get me started on it- after spending a year coaching my parents on how to record using the skyplus function sky now change to a format to suit the ipod generation!!! Neadless to say they don't like it!! The text is also too small for them- i guess this is progress!!

Anyway my query is this. I have two other tv's linked through to the hd box via the RF2 output. I want to change the RF output channel as there is some ghosting on the analogue channels on the secondary tv's- however i don't know how to do this on the new format. On the old format you went into settings, pressed 01 then select and this brought up the installion menu- however this does not appear to work on this new format.

Does anyone have any ideas how i can get into it?
