Default lost channels

hi, my relative had his " the box " working well. i picked up the remote, and pressed the blue button by mistake. since then he has lost all his channels, exept freeview channels. i dont know what has happened, can someone plz help. tom

check emu is on! press menu 1570 ,emu key on!
