is it possible to use the usb port on the ambit 200 instead of the ethernet port??

no, not for flashing with ftp. seems like the max is working thou. looks like your ethernet is the prob.....

network card = 192.168.100.10
modem board = 192.168.100.1
file to flash = yourfirmware.bin

dunno mate, if all thats right, i guess it just wasnt ment to be. try another modem, try another pc. dunno

sorry to be such a pain in the ass, got another computer, been through different settings and it now seems to be communicationg with the modem.getting this>>>>

not too sure what was wrong.... scouring through forum lookin for settings now for ambit config tool...... i'll see how i get on... Thanks again G77, you have beeen a massive help
