Default Virgin Upgrade 2/10mb

Well Just Register on the VM site when u receive your Virgin letter... and get 10mb Upgrade...makes 2mb seem real SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL LLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW

That's a rip. Why should you have to register? They seem to be able to send "Alex" updates pretty easily, so why can't they up everyones speed the same way?

they seem to be sending out ambit 255/256 to those that dont have them saying the epc2100 and little older modems cant handle the 20Mb upgrade which we know aint true.this link is also on the same subject and worth a gander.vm change from 2mb to 10mb

Its hardly a rip. But i agree with the understanding of why you should have to register :\
How long does it take them to send you a letter from signing up? I signed up over a week ago.

i went on the gofaster website registered then got the letter,lol. They post the modem to you or have a fitter install it for £30,lmao. But still waiting yet but it was only a weekish ago.

Hmm hope i get a letter soon then. Cos when i signed up i skipped the page back. Cant remember why, but now when i go onto the Register my speed upgrade page it says its done. So lets hopeso.
I have a NTL 120 Modem at the mo for my 2mb. Will i get a new modem?

not sure mate as it tends to tell you if you require a modem then you tick if you want it either posted or installed, also the upgrade is free via the gofaster link in the above link.fingers crossed hey or give them a call.
