I have got a 2110c and want to change the net id , it wont let me enter the em instead it keeps trying to update itself ( LD:30 , then numbers roll to 1072 , then starts again ) ,I had this problem on other 2110 before that wouldn't in the em , it turned out that the previous owner had removed the eight legged chip closest to the power board and hadn't soldered it back properly , this was easily fixed , checked all chips on this one and they all seem to be ok?
Any help or advice would be gratefully received

try reasing the netid by pressing standby, left, right and ok, then see if u can access the eng menu, then you will have to set the netid using a funcard, hopefully the stb will update properly after that.

Never got it to Update mate , Has been used for spare parts .
EDIT: Just noticed your in a Pure area , Have you tried the hard reset method ? Should auto set Net ID and update ? Just a thought. Last edited by g80878; 19-09-09 at 01:33 PM. Reason: Brain Wave :) |
