Is there a way to program a DM500 to use a smartcard? I mean do you have to do something special with it? Im running the Gemini 4.60 image.

For example can you use a funcard with the DM500?

Most help would be appreciated... thanks!

The Dreambox runs software within itself. It does far more than a smartcard can do. The only reason for the cardreader is for encryption systems that have not been opened and where provider subscription cards are needed.
