Default modem bricked?

ive recently had a modem flashed with haxorware and when im trying to change mac my computer is having trouble picking up ethernet connection from modem. the display has usb send recieve and enet all lit up but enet is intermitent and doesnt always work. any ideas anyone.

enable dhcp server in main settings

192.168.100.1/settings.html

half way down the page, check dhcp server, save and reboot
