help needed surfboard 5101i

hi i no i av posted earlier but i am still nowhere sorted with this modem i tried flashing it with haxoware but it did not work the problem i av now is all the lights on modem av gone off i av tried various ways off trying 2 get modem backup and running but cannot get it 2 do anything no lights when i try putting in other programs that were mentioned on the forum all i get is address out off range and also cable not connected could somebody plz help me out as i am at my wits end with it now thanks

when your using blackcat you need to detect flash and then write all. dont use the tabs for the individual modems

dont panic eitherway, the bonus with these modems is no tsop lift is ever really needed.

yes sorry i am doing 5100i it is because my son is at work at moment i made the mistake off putting 5101i sorry it was my mistake he told me 2 put new post on 4 him so when he gets back from work he will look 2 c if there is any new suggetions 4 him 2 try like i say i am sorry got mixed up with numbers

hi danielle sorry 4 reposting but my son asked me 2 repost as he is getting nowere with the modem the 5100i he as tried putting flash in 2 it but it as knocked all the lights out and he cannot get them back on everytime he tries different things it comes up with address range and that is wat is confusing him he cannot get any lights on at all anymore so sorry if this reposting as annoyed u could u plz help out with the program u said u av earlier thanks

has it got an intel flash chip?

i know its only a number followed by a letter but its really important we get the right modem model.

its like 200's and 250's. its only a '5' bit its a totally different modem with a different chipset
