Angry Satelco EasyWatch HDTV DVB-C PCI - need help Please!

Hi good people of TW.
I have above card and I have installed it on my Dual core HDMI enabled ADM pc and have installed BDA drivers to use third party software, I have also tried softwares such as progDVB6 and DVBdream but no luck what so ever as I don't get no signal quality!?! The BDA drivers for the pci card were obtained from Satelco's German website and I don't know German so it's really difficult to get any support really, so after reading and reading here and not finding much info related to the card I have, which I paid £90.00 and ordered from Germany I have resigned to request some help from you good Samaritans.
Any help suggestions are welcome and please bare in mind I have tried to look for the answer in the SEARCH box.
