making up a boquet

iam getting rid of the adult channels on the dbox jist now as my child is at the age she loves 2 switch channels lol, i have got rid ov the adult boquet , but i read that u cant delete single channels just move the channels u want to delete into a new boquet , so how do i do this , my dbox is not connected to my pc so everything a need to do is via remote ,my dbox is nokia 2 thanks
