Hi, I tried flashing Haxorware onto 2 SB5101 modems, one is fine, the other won't boot. All I get from it is this:

apparently short out the legs on the tsop.

Thanks for the quick reply, which pins? or do I run a piece of wire across them?

I thought a SB5101 using same chip as a ambit 250 255.
So thought you could use 250 unlocker (can't remember exact name of prog) but should be easy to find.

BC3348 Will not run Haxorware.

Are you sure it isn't a 5100? Or if you bought it from somewhere it could be a 5100 in a 5101 casing.

You are correct, it is a 5100, I didn't check as I bought 2 at the same time, the other one is a 5101e.
