Open up DHCP Force, enter your MAC address in the corresponding field, press File (I think) at the top then click on Discover. This will bring back your Config File, TFTP IP etc.

If the above doesn't work just plug your subbed modem in and type 192.168.100.1 into internet browser address bar, depending on what modem you are using you will be able to get into a menu from there , go on to operation configuration and this will show you your maximum downstream and upstream data rate
