Default SB5101e Guide Please?

I just bought one of these for couple of quid from a car boot sale. Can somebody tell me how I can mod it? Will Haxorware work on it?

Thanks.

i usually go there, didnt go today.

you can flash with max but you'd need to solder in your wires or solder on a pin header.

your best off soldering on a 10 way pin header for the blackcat and flashing that way.

you could always make your own.

dont suppose you bought a parrallel printer cable from clitheroe too did ya?

I've already got a cable mate, I had one ages back and I dug it out to use my Willem lol. How would I solder the MAX232 header or how could I make the Blackcat? I have a MAX232 and i'm sure I could order a pin header?

Thanks mate.

theres quite a few 'make your own blackcat tuts. you want one for the surfboard.

you'd just strip the end which doesnt go to the pc and test what colour cable goes to which pin

Ok, thanks mate. From the information I have read, I see that it is possible to put a 250 dump onto this modem, is this true?
