Hi there, I lost my connection but the laptop says 100% available, I tried doing the t*lkt*lk diagnose facility but it brings up a Java update reminder and when I dismiss this the diagnose page disappears.
Did a Norton check all fine but did mention there was an internal issue but couldn't check on this as it needed an online check, any advice would be helpful as I'm dreading the 2hr call! to my providor's call centre in India. Thanks in advance |

Hi there, just did a re-boot for the modem and that solved it, when these things happen, what my lack of knowledge with this i fear the worst but a simple re-boot gets it going again.
