hi - scopus -
a nice neat setup in a nice setting
i have the same dish/setup but not the same motor -
and my "setting" is a bit of a scrapyard - l.o.l.

they are an exellent dish once you get them setup right --

Does the beefed up 1224 handle the heavy weight ok?

How is the 1224 beefed up?

Hi Wod,

I found the Channel Master better, the Precision had a few minor dents probably affecting performance, anyway, sold it on E-Bay

Hi Crossbones,

Handles the weight just fine. I think Unicorn added a better gearbox and the casing of the motor is half an inch thick.

Hi Wod,

The incline jack is a heavy duty type and moves the dish just fine.

7W horizontal channels are fine even, only lost lock when it really chucks it down. Eurobird at 25.5 E is OK
