hi l heard the unlooper was the best programmer coz it doubles as a rom extracter and write, is this true have not used it but planning on buying one thnaks

Hi newbie here so this maybe a weird question to you all but i its all part of my learning curve. I have a V+ box with no package on it and a card inserted in the back. If i bought a Infinity USB unlimited card reader could i reprogram the card to allow me to see all channels even the HD ones. I was thinking of buying a EX7000 PSV receiver but if all i have to do is reprogram the card at my leisure when Vermin scrambles the signal!!! then i`ll do that. If your answer is yes is user freindly to reprogram?

If you had a 'unlooped' card would the 'infinity USB Smart' be all you need to flash the paired card as I only have a USB laptop?
