How to sniff more 20MB MACS?

This is right, im running 20MB unforced that i sniffed with a 2MB mac (my own) and that was done around the same time i registered

Maybe the reason 20MB isn't found often is because not many people use 20MB? i'd suspect only heavy downloaders would bother with 20MB, as 10MB is more than sufficent for most people

I have a couple of 20MB, mainly due to the area i live, where everyone insists on selling pirated software

All those MAC's you posted are useless. The ones that have config file names are the ones you need. you will know when you find one.

20mb is included with the best TV package, so you find it is more to do with how much TV they watch, how rich they are, and also how much they like to download (as you mentioned yourself)

When did you register though ?

Things have moved on a lot over the last few months as VM have started using the new overlays and multiple channel frequencies to support the 50Meg modems. In a lot of areas, the 20Meg users have been migrated to the new frequencies so are not visible from lower tier MAC's.

As a side note, VM also apparently have plans to migrate 20Meg users over to DOCSIS3 by issuing them with one of the new modems. This will mean 100Mbps, 50Mbps & 20Mbps on DOCSIS3 (100Mbps is due for introduction early next year) and 10Mbps, 4Mbps & 2Mbps on the old DOCSIS1/1.1 network. By the sounds of it, the eventual plan is to remove the older network completely and have 20Mbps as the entry level tier. That probably wont happen until a further DOCSIS3 tier is added at some future time (150Mbps or 200Mbps). DOCSIS3 should also allow much higher upload speeds. 10Mbps upload is presently being trialled.

hi there so wot u are saying spliting speeds i take it so in my case if i was useing my own mac..10..and if i wish to sniff out a 20... ican not now because they have haved the 20..from 10...and 2..so no sniffing for hi..macs like 20..can not be done thats not good at all i have a mod..config..but no i have my mack i can not sniff out 20....IS THIS RIGHT..plz..yes/no..will be good to no..OR.is it.me thinking..its all over now..because of this ....thick.me or wot..iam not understanding...all this to well sorry guys..need more input.....lol..mad or wot....
