You must also remember that 10.x.x.x IP addresses are part of a specially reserved address block for private networks.

What this means that TFTP server on IP 10.137.103.8 that Tim from Truro uses could well be a completely different server to the 10.137.103.8 that Lilly from London is using. See what I mean? It doesn't necessarily mean that they are national tftp servers but they could be we just don't really know.

In fact, has anyone got any further ideas/comments on this?

Well i cant use any 10.137.103.8 servers anymore if i try to it wont connect
