TVR is testing 3 channels on Eurobird 16 - 16°e

10911 V 27500

TVR 1, TVR 2 and TVR HD.

Strong signal..

Really jerky playback of TVR HD on my computer dont know why.

1. I thought TVR HD is encrypted

2. The image you posted looks like an upscaled SD program. A badly one. Nevertheless, the Romanian channels have a very low bitrate (at most 2000) so it's understandable.
