would someone be so kind and post up the frequency needed to rescan for Eurosport E4 Folm4 etc

try, menu, 1570, default, exit to slyspts then wait . or do factory settings then auto-rescan... simps....

Delete the problem channels first then rescan.

a few channels have changed freq rescan then if channels are not there look under the bic channels let us no result please no prob in my area

hi people the frequency of eurosport is 563.000 and film4 frequency is 291.00

most frequencies are specific to the area you are in, so you need to say what area before people can help
