hello can any1 help me please ive had 2 different people come 2 me with there boxes 1 of them is a pace 4001 it was all done and working perfect until 1day rebooted and is now stuck on tune, ive tried forcing update but it not having it??

next box is a sammy 2110 same again all done and was working the bloke went on holiday came home to find it wont go past ld20 again ive tried to force update at my house and nothing.

the person who owns the pace 4001 box also has a subbed box in there house and that is workling perfectly fine, strange!

i would be grateful for any help please.

Check the signal levels in the engineering menu - sounds a bit like the tuners have gone.

Also make sure all the parameters like symbol rate, default freq, modulation type, NetId etc are set correctly for the area.

Have a look at this thread for the Pace Pace Di4001-N stuck on tune

And for the sammy 2110 it could be the tuner knackered as TheCoder has mentioned above... also check the caps on the psu...
