Has My Tom Tom Blew?

Was using my Tom Tom One while driving a Renault van on Friday and the charger started to smoke. The Tom Tom switched off and now i can't get it to power back up

Was just wondering if the car charger couldve blew it or would it have a cutoff point in a situation like that?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

If it was smoking then I would say that the TomTom is burnt out. You could return it to where you got it from (providing the warranty is still unvoid) and say what has happened.

Im trying to charge it using USB but the green light is coming on at the top but still won't power up.

I was wondering if they come with an inbuilt fuse as it doesn't seem completly dead. Its two years old so the warranty has expired

I'm not sure if there is a fuse in there. Do what I suggested and take it back to the shop you got it from.
