An interesting calculation. I wonder how accurate it is considering that most downloaded material would not be purchased anyway. Have to buy it - do without.

Well, considering how lame the government is at everything else, I wouldn't put much faith in their estimate.

I'm sure if the figure were eligible for expenses, it would soon plummet.
