Smile Eurovox EX5100 Installation guide and problems

Hi All,

I have recently purchased EUROVOX EX5100 2009 model. I connected my virgin media cable to eurovox and scart of TV. I started eurovox but can't see any picture or setting instrutions.

Please help what I need to do further?

Thanks
Mike

Is your scart loose? If you need help loading firmware, I made a guide (if you need the help)

Unlike a VM or Sky box, my Eurovox doesnt switch the TV to AV (scart) automatically when the Eurovox is switched on, maybe yours doesnt too, so maybe you need to manually select AV1 or AV2 (scart) on your Telly.. Just a thought..
