Hi all

Hope all is well

Just brought a second starview 4 box and as per my thread title I cant get into the secret menu (1570)

Has any one else had the same problem?

Ive saved a copy of the latest firmware to my usb flashdrive but I havent installed it to the box yet (as I didnt have to do this with my first box)

Anyones help would be appreciated

the secret menu screen is not available with the free to air software that most boxes are supplied with.
so update the firmware and all should be OK

i got 3 sv4's from same company ,a few weeks apart. 1st 2 had latest firmware loaded already, 3rd one didnt so had to download to usb then onto box...
