Some of my channels are not working on my box, theyre just saying 'this channel is not available'. None of my sky sports channels work, the box music channel and a few others. My setanta sports works along with the mtv channels so i know its not the card (Well i dont think it is

) anyone help?

You tried rebooting the box? What card is in the box?

Its a funcard 4. If you mean turning it off and on then yeah it gets switched off every night. Its been like this for a while now.

Do you have an AU fix on the card? If not, download one from the Downloads section. Program it along with your exteep, leave the box on BBC One for 5 minutes and then try a premium channel.

Yeah its on auto update. I've tried doing the card again it does'nt help. Could it be the signal through the cable feed?

Check signal levels in the EM, around 33DB is OK

is net id correct for your area?

No, all you can do really is remove any splitters and mayb try new coax cable. If the Net ID was wrong, the box would show AP:52 or NIT (if it's a PACE) wouldn't it?
