You can get a motorised dish and a receiver and learn how to install and configure the system . Im not too sure about satellite info, so check out flysat.com and lyngsat.com to see what you can get

there is not much open without a proper card or cs on satellite.

And if your considering going for a motor don't even think about getting a DM500s as they don't have the power to move the dish

They are notorious for not being up to the job
