Right, I've sat down and re-done the maths with Ugg's info added. When I said this, I must've included postage out from me in the £120. The exact prices quoted (Base € price is the quoted price inc VAT, excl Delivery, the Delivered £ includes delivery to me, paypal fees and delivery to you) are:

So, it's a little bit more than £6 cheaper, but not much. Any savings could be wiped out by the grief of organising it, or the risk of one person dropping out. Shame.
