Dreambox 500s frozen solid green light no remote.
My Dreambi=ox 500s is frozen.I have tried reflashing several times and nothing seems to work.The remote has also done a runner.Help I am at my wits end.

Is your box an origonal m8
If not check the power supply common fault with clones is the power supply and it can cause the green light to stay on and nothing else

I will try. But if it was the power supply I wont be able to use it to flash which I have done several times.I have heard of a sequence of buttons you can press to take you to factory settings.Ever heard of it. Thanks.

You would think so m8 but i have had the problem b4
box flashes ok then boots first time then at random shuts down
when the box trys to start up again it freezes with the green light stuck on
