Default Vm hd box , samsung hd tv

i HAVE A VERMIN HD BOX AND SAMMY HD TV , I CHANGED TO HDMI CABLE GRATD FOR BBC HD AND 12345, MY Q IS THIS ! THE REST OF THE CHANNELS , THE PIC IS SO SMALL, AND I MEAN NOT THE FULL VIEW, I HAVE TRIED EVERYTNING.. ANY IDEAS FOLKS THX

set your v+ box to 1080 wide and your tv to 16:9.all good on my tv with these settings mate hope this works
