Does anyone knwo about free sites that have tutorials for learning programming PHP, Perl and so for free and which are of great quality?

Try Devshed.com its that best place but just use Google for spcific tutorials and it will show 100's of sites.

there is no site which can be said complete in terms of tutorials. I always feels it's better to buy a book if you are looking for more than just reference tutorials. still for beginners w3schools is good

www.webmonkey.com have some PHP tutorials. I can't say whether or not they're any good, but I learnt CSS off that site and the tutorial for that was very good.

I am reading some ebooks from sitepoint and webmonkey.com.
webmonkeys tutorials are quite short but very handy and usefull.

i have to say, there it alot of website out there and many of the tutorials don't go into much detail. but depends what you want 2 programm? games? software?
looking for a programm i would use: Blitz3d, and search google or yahoo for tutorials for this, and even youtube! they have some good tutorials
