Damn these companies.

They should stop being stupid prats, and switch to 03 numbers. It won't cost them anything extra, and they can keep the majority of their number.

03 NUMBERS.CO.UK - New 03 UK-wide numbers including 0300, 0330, 0333 numbers

Yes, but they make a profit from the 0845/0870 numbers - our local GP's are all switching to 0844 numbers and claiming they are doing it for the patients sake. "No more Engaged tones", now you get music on hold at 5 times the normal call rate
