Are you using a card reader to read the card and have you set it in phoenix mode 3.68?

You need a Phoenix compatible programmer to read the card mate, the unlooper will only "unloop" the card. The USB Phoenix & TMC Phoenix programmers are good choices

You can get a phoenix programmer from Lincsats or Tmc aswell. I know TMC do them for £15.

Check the COM port you assigned in the Infinity VCP software (usually COM2 if you have a normal COM port in your PC, which will automatically be assigned to COM1) and set the corresponding port in Nagra Edit. Your programmer doesn't work very well with MOSCs, it has timing issues. Somebody has just bought mine so I am now using a TMC Phoenix programmer which works first time, every time with original cards and as Smurf stated above, it only costs £15 and it runs from a native serial/COM port
.
