the capabilities of your adapter does not meet the reqirements of this nework

i currently use next doors wireless network only now and again i can get access to the net but sometimes it goes off and displays the capability message after only a short time but othertimes i can surf the net for hours and other times i cant even pick up a connection any ideas guys ???am using a toshiba laptop with anthos adapter if this helps ?
