Default Satellite receiving problem (astra 1,2,3) and the issue of the angles?

I am in Germany, my satellite receiver has good reception of Astra 1 on 19.2°E and Astra 2 on 28.2°E. I need to receive from Astra 3 on 23.5°E however this satellite is not in the options i can choose from. Any idea how I can select that satellite on that angle? (there is tons of other satellites that i can choose from even tho they are not receiving any signal)

If it helps...there is Kopernikus 3 on 23.5°E which the receiver can see but doesn't get any signal from it, maybe different head or LNB(?) needed....

Receiver is TOPFIELD TF4000PVR

Is it motorised, or does it have more than one LNB on it?, a photo would be good.

Assuming you have an lnb or a motor,to access 23.5°E.
If its fixed lnbs, connected to a Diseqc switch, have you made sure that the diseqc setting is correctly set e.g

Astra 3: Diseqc:Mini C,if Astra1 is Mini A and Astra 2 is Mini B.
Obviously this can vary according to your personal configuration.

To add a satellite entry,

select the Function > Satellite, TP >
Add Satellite menu, then a box appears. You should enter a
new satellite name into the Satellite Name field.

To add a transponder entry,

select the Function > Satellite,
TP > Add Transponder menu item. Then a box appears, in
which you should specify frequency, symbol rate, polarity and
stream identification for your new transponder. Pressing the
OK button will save a new transponder entry
If the receiver won't allow you add another new satellite, then just delete an existing satellite, which you can't receive and then you'll be able to add another satellite.

Where are you located?? Astra 3A has a very narrow footprint centred on Germany.

You have a fixed dish with a single-headed LNB on it. You will only be able to pick up one satellite at a time.

If you want to pick up astra at 23.5E you will need to fit another LNB on there, assuming that you are currently receiving from 19.2E. Or go one step further and convert your rig to motorised.

What channels can you receive at the moment.?

Can I not just move the dish few degrees? I think all the channels I have now are on 23.5E as well...

Also, how come i can pick up Astra 1 and Astra two on different angles even tho i have only one LNB?

What is that with "Diseqc switch"? Sorry not really familiar with some terminology.

Koblenz - you should be fine for all the 23.5E channels.
