help with sony c905

de-branded my Vodaphone c905 now my WiFi just keeps searching and seaching before I de-branded, it would connect to my WiFi I used it to download some apps

Does it actually pick up a wireless network? If so, the network settings on the phone may be incorrect.

no it does not pick anything up, it used to find loads of connections in the area all secure, I would put the number in from the wireless router and it would then change colour and say connected now it just says searching and goes on searching and searching,,, all I have done is loaded a generic CDA gone to Sony and done the up date this was done to get rid of Vodaphone who had taken over two shortcut keys etc
