Mosc Help Needed - Error, BackDoor reported disable

Hi people have got a card with the following problem:

Error, BackDoor reported disable - Card may contain update
Reading ROM11 failed
Closing of COM1 was successful

Did some research and need to erase card or run the D2C script but both methods not working for me unfortunately when i press Send D2C in nagra edit I get this responce at the bottom:

BAD_RESPONSE_FROM_EMM

In Mrom it comes with error on String 2. Have Tried various delays. Just stuck now dont know what i can do to erase card i have BK and IRD but just want to get in so i can program it.

hello mate is the card a rom11 bo9 or something similar i had 2 cards last week like that mrom wouldnt do it i had limited success with the d2c sript on nagraedit would work sometimes sometimes not had to keep pressing send d2c
one would always come back with em problem i think that card is mangled so throw that that away had the bk and ird from both.
i read that that some rom11 card can be damaged if you try to unloop acouple of times
i think a rom11 bo9 means its had somthing wrote to it and it has locked i could chatting total **** i have read so much tis last 2 weeks might have got that bit mixed up

I dont think u saying anything wrong infact i thought you might be right. Card might be a duff. I first used Sidewinder get my BK and got the IRD and BK so obviously its unlooped or do i have to run Sidewinder Unlock to unloop aswell after that? Did 3 paces and a samsung alright just struggling with this one.

sidewinder get my bk ird does not unloop the catd so run it through the unlooper again with sidewinder and it should read or the dc2 script should work

in downloads thee is a sidewinder unlocker i have never came across the get my bk sidewinder,i h ave heard other user talk about it but never seen it,is it in downloads

If you need the BK, use BoxGetPC2 then run the A3E_B09.d2c Nagra script.
