Default tftp timeout

iam trying to put hax on my webstar with hyperterminal .ive got to the d option stage and set the tftp server as 10.128.135.171,put my firmware in the root directory of tftp32 and then all i get is tftp timeout.help me pleaeaess

i got it from the box in tftp32 .i know .am a doofus.i bought a max232 and ive been following the instructions i got with it, keep getting the tftp timeout
grrr.

Plug your modem in, give it 5 seconds, open tftp and it 'should' say 192.168.100.10.
Then turn modem off start hyperterminal/puttytel and plug ur modem back in.
Board ip:192.168.100.1 TFTP server ip: 192.168.100.10

If your still having problems try using Pumpkin tftp i find it the most reliable tftp program.

Enter 1 and once its stored the image, say no the the q store parameters to flash

i didnt store the parameters to flash and got this.

0 = bootloader
1/2 = CM image
3 = specify flash sector
(0-3)[2]: 1
