7000hd & channels via usb issue

Hi guys

Im having a few issues with my Eurovox 7000hd system

Firstly when I back up my channel data to usb and restore it etc a lot of channels dont work etc

Also I spend ages setting up favourites etc and a large part of the time the channels jump out of the groups etc and I have to select all channels to find them.

Any updates planned for this unit?

Also on another note what is the little flappy door for on the front?

I opened up the case to check for a hdd drive bay etc and i see room for one but you would have to drill a hole in the case somewhere to attach the usb cable to the external socket.

The 7000 is designed to take an External HDD not internal
